BBC Producer William McKenna shares this opportunity with me:
We will be shooting one last session for our collaboration with the New Orleans artist Dan Tague on Saturday September 20th at a studio in Upper Northwest DC. We have slots available between the hours of 10am and 6pm. (Location to be provided).
I need volunteers to appear on camera for the art video, tentatively titled “GBA.” Previously edited material of war, violence and rioting will be projected onto your face as you sing or lip sync to a song with some gusto. But, in case you’re worried, your voice will not be included in the final video.
The finished video will be shown at an art gallery in New Orleans at the end of October.
All ages are welcome, and if you know someone who might be interested in participating please contact WM @ wmckdc (at) gmail dot com
